Rental Policies:
• Minimum check in age is 21.
• Maximum guests per unit is 6.
• Minimum Stay: 3 nights low-season, 5 nights high-season.
• Check in time: 4:00 p.m.
• Check out time: 11:00 a.m.
• Smoking: No
• Pets: No
• Deposit: One nights stay
• Housekeeping: Maid service upon checkout is included. Maid service during visit is available for additional fee. Our housekeeping service is Immacculate Cleaners (808-742-8333).

Payment and deposit information:
In order to complete your reservation, your credit card will be charged for the total cost of the rental, plus deposits and taxes. No prices or condo availability are guaranteed until full payment is received.

Acceptable Payment Methods
Visa, American Express, Master Card, cashier's checks or money orders.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made prior to 45 days of arrival will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival will be charged a minimum of one night’s stay and may forfeit the entire payment if a replacement booking cannot be found. No refunds will be given for checking out early.
